LMI wins $7M contract to support defense procurement, acquisition policy

Logistics Management Institute has won a $7 million contract with the Washington Headquarters Services to provide technical support to Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy, or DPAP.

Logistics Management Institute has won a $7 million contract with the Defense Department's Washington Headquarters Services to provide technical support to defense procurement and acquisition policy, or DPAP.

DPAP is responsible for all contracting and procurement policy matters including e-business in the Defense Department, and it executes that policy through updating DFARS, according to the DPAP website.

Work will be performed in Arlington, Va., Falls Church, Va., and Alexandria, Va., and is expected to be completed by Feb. 28, 2015.
