Exelis wins $80M contract to provide Turkey with electronic warfare systems

Exelis has won an $80 million contract to provide electronic warfare equipment, spares and support services to the Turkish Air Force.
The base value of this contract is $36 million.
Exelis will provide the Advanced Integrated Defensive Electronic Warfare Suite systems, which will protect Turkey’s F-16 fighter jets from a range of threats, the company said in a release.
Work will take place in Clifton, N.J.
