Catapult Technology has pegged Hélène J. Courard to serve as vice president of capture and proposals.

Catapult Technology has pegged Hélène J. Courard to serve as vice president of capture and proposals.

In her new position, Courard will lead capture and proposal efforts for federal government clients, as well as developing strategy and improving Catapult’s business capture and proposal process, the company said in a news release.

A 20-year veteran of the federal contracting space, Courard has held business development and leadership positions with Salient Federal Solutions, Lohfeld Consulting Group, Computer Sciences Corporation, Blumenfeld & Cohen, and Qwest Communications International.

Courard is an active member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.

She holds a law degree and is a member of the California and Washington, D.C. Bars.
