Kratos Defense & Security has won a $5.2 million contract to provide specialized products to an undisclosed national security program.
For security reasons, a Kratos spokesperson was unable to comment on which security program Kratos will assist.
The contract was awarded to Kratos’ Modular Systems division, which provides specialized integrated products and solutions to support U.S. national initiatives and programs, including unmanned aerial systems, ballistic missile defense, radar systems, surface combatants and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance platforms, the company said.
Under the contract, Kratos will design, engineer and produce specialized blast resistant and hardened products.
