Wolf Creek wins $95.3M O&M contract for Pacific facilities

Wolf Creek Federal Services Inc. has won a $95.3 million contract to provide the Navy with operations and maintenance services
The base value of this contract is $13 million.
Under the contract, the company will also provide change of occupancy maintenance services at Naval Base Guam and Andersen Air Force Base, Commander Joint Region Marianas, the Defense Department said in a release.
Work will be performed in Santa Rita, Guam, and Yigo, Guam, and is expected to be completed by October 2014.
Funding in the amount of $8.3 million is obligated at the time of the award, and will expire at the end of fiscal 2014.
Three bids were received for this contract.
