Sparta Inc. wins $7.3M option to support Space and Missile Systems Center

Sparta Inc. has won a $7.3 million option with the Air Force to continue supporting the Space and Missile Systems Center.

Under the contract, Sparta will provide continued engineering consulting and technical advisory services including special studies. The center deploys and manages various military space systems.

Work will be performed at Los Angeles Air Force Base, Calif., and is expected to be completed by Jan. 10, 2015.

Funding in the amount of $783,000 is obligated at the time of the award.
