ICF nabs $189M contract for demographic data project

ICF International has won a $189 million recompete contract with the U.S. Agency for International Development implement the seventh round of the Demographic and Health Surveys project.

Under the contract, ICF will collect and analyze population, health and nutrition data in more than 75 countries; facilitate the use of this data for planning, policymaking and program management; and train in-country institutions and individuals to respond to national data needs, the company said in a release.

The Demographic and Health Surveys project was first established by the U.S. Agency for International Development back in 1984.
