Identive Group taps new CEO
Identive Group has named Jason Hart chief executive officer and director of the company.
Identive Group Inc. has named Jason Hart chief executive officer and director, replacing Ayman Ashour, who will remain on the board of directors as non-executive chairman.
Before becoming CEO and director, Hart served as vice president of the company’s Identity Management and Cloud Solutions division.
He joined the company in 2011 after Identive acquired idOnDemand, a company that Hart co-founded, Identive said in a release.
Before idOnDemand, Hart was CEO and director of ActivIdentity, an identity assurance and strong authentication solutions firm, which he joined through another acquisition of an identity management software security business that he founded called Protocom Development Systems, the company said.
