Artel taps new director of contracts

Artel has named Nora Taylor director of contracts, where she will be responsible for all aspects of contracts management.

Her responsibilities will include proposal support, contract negotiation, administration of customer contact activity, compliance with all applicable company policies, contractual requirements and government statuses and regulations, the company said in a release.

She comes to Artel from Harris CapRock Communications, where she spent ten years in a number of executive-level positions in global contract management, business operations, strategic development and others, the company.
