Science Applications International Corp. has won a $38 million task order from the Defense Information Systems Agency to provide command and control systems and technical services to the U.S. combatant commands.

The task order was awarded under DISA’s ENCORE II contract. It has a one-year base, three option years, and one six-month option.

Under the order, SAIC will provide Global Command and Control Systems – Joint production, also known as GCCS-J, as well as testing and technical services.

Efforts will include technical services such as security engineering, functional and performance testing of GCCS-J releases and components and configuration management of production releases, SAIC said in a release.

GCCS-J offers connectivity to systems used in planning, executing and managing military operations for both joint and multinational operations, SAIC said.
