Deloitte wins $23M Air Force contract for HR efforts

Deloitte has won a $23 million contract with the U.S. Air Force to provide lifecycle support of web services in support of the Air Force's human resources IT portfolio.

Under the contract, Deloitte will provide support for requirements analysis, design, development, testing, fielding, sustainment and developmental and operational support for web services to support the AF/A1 human resources information technology portfolio, the Defense Department said.

Work will take place at locations determined by the requirements of the individual task orders, but will always take place at either Air Force facilities or at contractor facilities on software programs owned by the Air Force, the Defense Department said. It is expected to be completed by July 14, 2018.

Funding in the amount of $1 million was obligated at the time of the award.

Six bids were received for this contract.
