Citizant promotes Lech to VP of civilian agency business

As division director he was responsible for managing programs at Justice and HUD departments

Citizant Inc., a provider of enterprise architecture and business transformation services to the federal government, has promoted Robert Lech to vice president of business development for civilian agencies.

Most recently, he was a Citizant division director responsible for managing solutions programs at the Justice and Housing and Urban Development departments, the Securities and Exchange Commission and the General Services Administration.

Lech has 15 years of experience in the IT industry and specializes in system analysis and design.

Prior to joining Citizant, he served as chief technology officer and chief operating officer at Aqua Resource Group Inc., a marketing and consulting company, where he was also responsible for project management, software development, research and development, and other areas.

The third quarter 2010 proved to be a lucrative three months for Citizant when the Chantilly, Va., company won new government contracts worth a total of approximately $42 million over the next five years.
