Leadership moves continue at A-T Solutions

CFO steps into new role, replacement hired

A-T Solutions Inc. has hired Deborah Ricci as chief financial officer and appointed former CFO Mike Wise to the new position of executive vice president of mission support solutions.

Ricci has more than 23 years of experience as a financial executive in manufacturing and product development organizations. Most recently, she served as CFO for the Allied Defense Group Inc., of Vienna, Va.

In this role, she was responsible for all financial management, including financing, SEC reporting, long-term business planning, treasury management and internal control monitoring.

While there, Ricci also successfully restructured the company’s long-term debt, which launched a turnaround of its operations.

Wise joined A-T Solutions as CFO in 2006.

In his new position, he will be responsible for the company’s global mission support business unit in Fredericksburg, Va.

Mission support activities include design and development of counter-improvised explosive device tools, training devices, and counterterrorism products manufactured and distributed by A-T Solutions.

“As the company continues to grow, we are evolving our leadership team and establishing new areas of focus,” said Dennis Kelly, chief executive officer of A-T Solutions, in a statement released today.

“Both individuals will play a critical role working closely with our training, global security, technology and intelligence business units,” he added.

A-T Solutions last week announced the appointment of retired Coast Guard Vice Adm. David Pekoske as an executive vice president responsible for developing and managing the company’s expanding international maritime and port security business unit.
