Herren to help Navy with program management assistance

Herren Associates will provide program support to the Navy under a five-year contract that could be worth up to $33.6 million.

The Washington, D.C., engineering and management consulting company will support the Navy’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) program by providing a full range of support services to the service's Program Management Office.

The cost-plus, fixed-fee task order comes under the Navy’s SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) contract.

Herren is helping the Navy’s ERP program continue to modernize and standardize business operations, said Jeff Herren, chief executive officer.

Work will be performed in the Washington, D.C., and Annapolis, Md., areas.

Herren Associates serves clients throughout the defense and federal sectors. The company's capabilities include operational excellence, acquisition and contract management, and business operations.
