WHO: MICHAEL MANCUSO

WHY: Mancuso has come out of retirement
to become chief financial officer
at Computer Sciences Corp. He
replaces interim CFO Donald DeBuck,
the company said. DeBuck will continue
in his role as vice president and corporate
controller.

Mancuso retired as CFO of General
Dynamics Corp. in 2006 after holding
the position for about 12 years. He was
part of the team that oversaw several
major acquisitions to build General
Dynamics' information technology
business.

A major role for him at CSC will be
helping the company weather the current
economic downturn.

During his retirement, Mancuso was
active as a member of CACI International
Inc.'s board of directors.

However, he resigned from that spot
when he accepted the position at CSC.

WHO: PETER ORSZAG AND ROB NABORS

WHY: President-elect Barack Obama
named economist
Orszag to be director
of the Office of
Management and
Budget. Nabors will be
OMB's deputy director.

In those positions,
Orszag and Nabors will have a great
deal of influence on budget and
procurement policies. They will be at
the forefront of the effort to fulfill
Obama's pledge to create a smarter
government.
