DB Consulting to boost NASA research center

DB Consulting Group Inc., an 8(a)-certified small business based in Silver Spring, Md., will continue to provide information technology and software engineering to NASA under a five-year follow-on contract worth about $88 million.

The Professional, Administrative and Computational Engineering award calls for the company to supply the agency's Glenn Research Center in Cleveland with computer science, security, networking, applications development and Web services.

The contractor's partners on the project, which begins in September, include Wyle Information Systems, Verizon, Information Dynamics, SGT Inc. and Alphaport Inc.
