The company also offers training seminars and courses to government and industry leaders in systems engineering and complex technical systems management.

Dominion Technology Resources will provide important new customer relationships within the intelligence community, said Duane Andrews, QinetiQ North America's chief executive officer. The acquisition will enable QNA "to expand its offerings in the areas of mission analysis, planning, systems engineering and integration support to current and future operations," he said.

Founded in 2002, DTRI is a privately held company. Its management will continue in the business once the acquisition is completed, QinetiQ officials said.
