Appointments

Richard Turner joined Clearswift Ltd. as chief executive
officer. He previously was vice president for
Europe, the Middle East and Africa at RSA Security
Inc., the security division of EMC Corp.

Deidre Lee will join Compusearch Software
Systems Inc. in September as director of defense
and intelligence markets. The former director of management
and chief acquisition officer at the Federal
Emergency Management Agency will lead the Dulles,
Va., company's government acquisition business.

Kevin DeNicola joined Houston-based KBR Inc.
as chief financial officer, replacing interim CFO
Chip Schneider. DeNicola most recently was CFO at
Lyondell Chemical Co.

Frank Muehleman will replace Jim Duffey as vice
president and general manager of Dell Inc.'s Public
Business Group. Muehleman most recently was
leader of Dell's small and medium business group,
based in Round Rock, Texas.

Richard Raftery joined Washington-based
Innovative Analytics and Training LLC as executive
vice president. Raftery most recently was vice president
of operations at Science Applications
International Corp.

Andy Makowka, Ning Tang and Stephen Dempsey
joined Herndon, Va.-based data management
provider Guident Technologies Inc. As vice president,
Makowka will direct the growth of the company's
new management consulting division. New
directors Tang and Dempsey will work on go-tomarket
strategies and managing a team of management
consultants.
