MPC to sell computers to DLA

MPC Corp. will continue to supply desktop, notebook and tablet computers to the Defense Logistics Agency through a new sole-source contract that may be worth as much as $50 million over five years.

The computers include desktop and portable PCs from the MPC and Gateway Pro product lines. MPC acquired Gateway's professional business unit in October 2007.

The one-year contract has four one-year options. Each year is expected to produce about $10 million in sales, the Nampa, Idaho, company said.
