Telos Corp. will expand wireless local-area networks at 98 Air Force locations worldwide under a task order that could be worth more than $100 million over the next three years.

The Air Force Combat Information Transport Systems Program Office awarded the task order to the Ashburn, Va., company under the Network Centric Solutions (NETCENTS) 2 contract.

Telos' work will include surveying the sites, designing the expansions and setting up the networks. The company will also provide on-site training and maintain a call center for ongoing support.

"This contract enables Telos to continue the work we have performed over the past decade for our customers, including the installation of secure wireless networks on air bases," said Jim Morehouse, vice president of CITS programs at Telos Secure Networks Group.
