SpringCM buys Synchris assets

SpringCM has acquired the assets of Synchris Inc., including its brand-name line of bid, proposal and contract management software. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Synchris, based in Sterling, Va., owns the Privia line of bid and proposal life cycle management software for businesses bidding on federal, state and local government contracts.

The newly acquired business will operate as SpringCM's Government Solutions Division. It will remain in its Northern Virginia location.

SpringCM, based in San Mateo, Calif., already offers a contract and proposal management tool for commercial contracts. With the new assets, the company will also have a product that manages government proposals and contracts.
