Mary Ellen Condon has joined Booz Allen HamiltonInc. of McLean, Va., as a principal in the assuranceand resilience service offering for government agencies.Condon most recently was vice president anddirector of strategic services at SRA International Inc.Brenda Orth was named Pennsylvania deputy secretaryof information technology and state chiefinformation officer by state Secretary ofAdministration Naomi Wyatt. Orth succeeds KristenMiller, who resigned to return to the private sector.Tony D'Agata, vice president of federal sales atSprint Nextel Corp., of Reston, Va., will retire inMarch.
