Who's on first?


Mary Ellen Condon has joined Booz Allen Hamilton
Inc. of McLean, Va., as a principal in the assurance
and resilience service offering for government agencies.
Condon most recently was vice president and
director of strategic services at SRA International Inc.

Brenda Orth was named Pennsylvania deputy secretary
of information technology and state chief
information officer by state Secretary of
Administration Naomi Wyatt. Orth succeeds Kristen
Miller, who resigned to return to the private sector.

Tony D'Agata, vice president of federal sales at
Sprint Nextel Corp., of Reston, Va., will retire in
March. D'Agata has been with Sprint for more than
eight years, and previously was vice president and
general manager of Sprint Government Systems.


At Aerospace Corp. of El Segundo, Calif.: Tammy
Choy to principal engineer, leading engineering
analyses and technology initiatives of the
Information Office and Corporate Information
Resources Division; in the Chantilly, Va., office:
Patrick Cheatham to associate principal director of
sensors, signals and electronics subdivision, electronics
and sensors division; Andre Montoya to principal
director of planning and communications division,
national systems group; Theodore Muelhaupt to
associate principal director of the system analysis
and simulation subdivision, systems engineering division;
Michael McLain to principal engineer responsible
for formulating business strategies; Grant
Aufderhaar to general manager of the technology
investment program; Mark Brosmer to general manager
of the launch and satellite control division;
Richard Donnelly to general manager of the newly
established ground programs division; and Sherrie
Zacharius to general manager of the physical sciences
laboratories with responsibility for research in
the Space Science Applications, Space Materials,
and Electronics and Photonics laboratories.
