Systalex Corp. has won two contracts from the Environmental Protection Agency for technical management, development and support work.

Under one contract, worth almost $3 million, the company will provide Data Mart support services to EPA's Office of Administration and Resource Management. Data Mart is a project intended to make it easier for EPA staff and managers to get fast and efficient access to data stored in OARM's systems. The contract calls for Systalex to provide project management, software updating, system life cycle documentation and training services. The one-year contract has a one-year option. Science Applications International Corp. is a subcontractor to Systalex.

Systalex is a subcontractor to RTI International on the other project, supporting several research efforts for the National Watershed Protection Program under EPA's Office of Water. RTI is one of four prime contractors eligible to compete for about $75 million in individual task orders. Systalex will provide technical project management and data base support services as needed.

Systalex, based in Rockville, Md., is an 8(a) firm that provides information and federal financial management analysis, advice and services to government agencies.
