ATSC buys Potomac Management
ATS Corp. will acquire maritime-security consulting and information technology services provider Potomac Management Group of Alexandria, Va. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition brings ATSC new Defense and Homeland Security department customers with expanding requirements and priority funding, particularly in port security.
Lockheed buys simulation company
Lockheed Martin Corp. bought 3Dsolve Inc., which offers collaborative training methods using interactive 3-D graphics.
