SRA scores Air Force support deal

SRA International Inc. will provide intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance services to the Department of the Air Force under a new five-year contract that could be worth up to $30.4 million, if all options are exercised.

The 9th Reconnaissance Wing at Beale Air Force Base near Marysville, Calif., is the Air Force's sole provider of high-altitude reconnaissance capability, working with Joint Commanders worldwide. SRA will deliver a spectrum of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance support services to the Wing under the contract.

The services include mission planning, electronic warfare and tactics training, unmanned aircraft systems planning and logistics maintenance.

The SRA team includes Crew Training International Inc.

SRA of Fairfax, Va., ranks No. 33 on Washington Technology's 2007 Top 100 list of the largest federal government prime contractors.
