SRA gets Justice booking system award

SRA International Inc. will provide information technology services to the Justice Department under a $20 million blanket purchase agreement. The award comes through a General Services Administration schedule contract.

SRA will provide services for the department's Joint Automated Booking System, which collects data related to criminal investigations and makes it available to users in federal law enforcement agencies and the Homeland Security Department.

The data includes information on offenders, arrests and cases in the courts. SRA will operate and maintain the system through software development, systems engineering and integration, information assurance and user support.

SRA of Fairfax, Va., ranks No. 33 on Washington Technology's 2007 Top 100 list of the largest federal government prime contractors.
