Who won April's biggest contracts?

The contract award momentum continues to build in the fourth month of 2014. Washington Technology covered 69 contract awards in April, four more than the 65 covered in March.

To make the list, you had to have won a contract worth more than $130 million.

This month saw a number of multiple-award contracts, five of which nabbed spots on the Top 10.

The top contract awards for April kicks off at number 10:

10. EMC wins $130M data storage contract

EMC Corp. has won a 10-year, $130 million contract with the Social Security Administration to provide a data storage system.

9. General Atomics wins $141M ground control station contract

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems has won a $141 million delivery order for ground control engineering development.

8. SRA International wins $148M contract to provide GAO with IT support

SRA International has won a $148 million contract to provide the U.S. Government Accountability Office Information Systems and Technology Services office with information technology infrastructure and operational support.

7. Amsec nabs $188M Navy tech, logistics contract

Amsec LLC has won a $188 million contract to provide Navy ships with engineering, technical and logistics support.

6. Seven split $250M Navy support services contract

Seven companies have won a program management and financial support service contract with the Navy worth up to $250 million. Click here for the winners.

5. DLT wins $322M Symantec software BPA

DLT Solutions has won a $322 million blanket purchase agreement to provide and maintain Symantec software licenses for the Navy and Marine Corps.

4. Two firms win $330M in Navy air traffic management contracts

Companies in Kansas and Florida have picked up Navy air traffic management contracts worth a combined value of up to $330.3 million. Click here for the winners.

3. Four win $408M BPA to support counter-IED training

Four companies have won a $408 million blanket purchase agreement from the General Services Administration to support the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization, or JIEDDO. Click here to see who the winners are.

2. Twelve companies win $900M contract to support homeland security tasks

Twelve companies will compete for work under a five-year $900 million Air Force contract that calls for services in support of Homeland Defense and Security Technical Area Tasks, or HD TATS. Click here to see the winners.
