Four win $408M BPA to support counter-IED training

Four companies have won a $408 million blanket purchase agreement from the General Services Administration to support the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization, or JIEDDO.

Four companies have won a $408 million blanket purchase agreement from the General Services Administration to support the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization, or JIEDDO.

The winners are:

  • A-T Solutions
  • The O’Gara Group
  • SAIC
  • Wexford/CACI

Under the contract, the companies will support JIEDDO’s Joint Counter-IED Integration Training Program.

In a release, A-T Solutions president and CEO Dennis Kelly said that his company will enable the development and propagation of new operational tactics, techniques and procedures, implement current training to bridge operational gaps and support testing of new counter-IED equipment and concepts.

A-T Solutions’ work will include program management and counter-IED training and training analysis support.
