Pacsgear wins $30M radiology contract with Defense Department

Founded in 2002, Pacsgear specializes in PACS/HER connectivity solutions for hospitals and health care facilities.
Work will be performed in California, and is expected to be completed by Jan. 13, 2015.
Fifty bids were received for this contract.
The Defense Logistics Agency awarded two similar contracts to MinXRay Inc. and Virtual Imaging Inc. in June 2013, and another to Carestream Health in December 2013.
