The NASA SEWP Program Office is holding an industry day next week for the fifth iteration of the $10.5 billion multiple-award contract. The March 11 event will give contractors an opportunity to submit questions about the vehicle to the government.
SEWP, an acronym for Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement, can be used by any agency to buy a variety of IT products and related services. Under SEWP IV, more than $9.4 billion in task orders have been awarded, according to the market research firm Deltek.
Details of the industry day are:
Monday, March 11, 2013
9:00am – 12:00pm (check-in begins at 8:00am)
Greenbelt Marriott in Greenbelt, Md.
Companies will be able to submit their written questions by placing such questions into boxes that will be provided around the meeting area during the event, in addition to the electronic comment section of the DRFP, according to the FedBizOpps website.
To attend, pre-registration is required, but the link to register will not be provided until the Draft RFP release, which will be posted soon.
Companies have been asked to limit the number of its attendees to two. Additionally, the event is not open to government employees.
