must be able to track
and manage the required forms, submittals and
documentation received from contractors and
generate reports.
911 support servicesThe Massachusetts Public Safety Department
wants a contractor to provide 911 support services.
An RFP is expected in September.
The contractor will be responsible for monitoring,
maintaining and supporting
the state's
Enhanced 911 system.
Contractors should be capable of providing support
services associated with integrated networks,
location information and automatic number identification,
data transfer capabilities for public safety
answering points, and equipment maintenance.
Eligibility software supportThe Texas Health and Human Services
Commission wants a contractor to provide software
development services
for the Texas Integrated
Eligibility Redesign System.
An RFP is expected in January 2009.
The contractor must maintain, enhance and
support the system in keeping with the commission's
mission and goals.
