be implemented statewide in phases.
Records management systemThe Montana Department of Administration's
General Services Division wants a contractor to provide
a records management system. A request for
proposals is expected in October.
The contractor would be responsible for developing
and implementing a centralized
records management
system for the Montana
Revenue Department, which is responsible for the
administration, security and confidentiality of state
tax documentation.
Customer information systemLong Beach, Calif., wants a contractor to provide a
customer information billing system. A request for
proposals is expected in September.
The contractor would be required to replace the
city's existing customer utility billing system with a
modern customer information
system that provides electronic
billing, offers self-service
features and handles conservation incentives that
are part of the billing process.
