Medical school ER tracking

The Upstate Medical University of the State University of New York in Syracuse wants to build an electronic emergency room tracking system.

The system will have to work in both an academic and a trauma emergency environment and provide a list of clients. It also must be compatible with Windows 2000 and Windows 98 and with common Internet browsers. The system will use Oracle or SQL databases. The RFP is expected by the end of the year.
