New Brunswick’s old website provided an abundance of vital information, but there was a lot of variation in how the pages looked from department to department. While standard Microsoft Web tools were used to deal with some common navigation and graphic elements, departments developed their individual sites manually. Without an enterprisewide content management solution, content was sometimes duplicated and it could be difficult for users to locate information.
