When GSA officials began planning the Alliant Small Business (Alliant SB) program, they drew from best practices across agency’s stable of small business governmentwide acquisition contracts (GWACs), including 8(a) STARS, COMMITS Next Generation, and Veterans Technology Services (VETS). Unleashing the Power of Alliant
