Vice President of Talent Development and Inclusion
Sarah Roberts is the Vice President of Talent Development and Inclusion at Leidos. In this capacity, she leads the teams responsible for creating and delivering strategies for the enterprise in key areas of talent management, learning and development, leadership development and organization effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, and change management. Sarah joined Leidos via the merger with Lockheed Martin’s Information Systems and Global Solutions (IS&GS) business where Sarah was leading the Talent Acquisition team for IS&GS.
Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Sarah held a variety of roles within Human Resources functions including leading Recruiting, Organizational Effectiveness, Benefits, and Payroll. Sarah’s corporate experience includes working for OpenText, GXS, and GE Information Services. She graduated from Virginia Tech with Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Family and Child Development and also holds a Master’s of Science degree from the University of Maryland.
