Washington Technology Power Breakfast

The market has seen some blockbuster deals in recent years that grab headlines and fire the imagination. But for every mega transaction there are a dozen or more smaller deals where we see the emergence of new players and the transformation of established ones.

At this WT Power Breakfast, we’ll dive into the strategies behind these deals and explore the impact they are having on the government marketplace.

Leading executives will share how they are transforming their companies including what they are buying and why and how their deals reflect the trends driving today’s market. We’ll explore the aftermath of these deals and what companies should be doing to get the most out of their acquisitions.

Key Takeaways will include:

  • Who the major dealmakers are
  • What they are buying
  • How M&A impacts employees and customers
  • What's on the horizon

No executive should ignore merger and acquisition activity in today’s market. It creates new competitors as well as opportunities. And the common refrain in the market is that companies are either buyers or sellers. Sitting on the sidelines is not a viable option.

The insights you’ll gain at this event will help you navigate a market at the crossroads as more deals are closed and companies transform themselves to take advantage of advances in technology as well as evolving customer demands.
