Omar Saeb is the Alliant Contact Program Manager within GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service (FAS).

In his capacity as Program Manager, Mr. Saeb works with various aspects of the $50B Information Technology (IT) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). His federal career includes a decade of acquisition experience working as a Senior Contracting Officer at the Executive Office of the President (EOP) during the Obama Administration, as well as in the Department of the Navy at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWAR). He has worked with organizations such as the National Security Council, Office of Management and Budget, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, and the National Security Agency awarding various R&D and IT service type contracts. Prior to his Government service, Mr. Saeb spent five years in the financial industry working for domestic and international banks.

Omar Saeb is DAWIA Level 3 certified in Contracting. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from the California State University San Marcos. He is also a graduate of various leadership development programs within the Navy and at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
