The ITIL v3 Foundations course curriculum is designed around an interactive case study, illustrating the importance of Service Management at all levels of the business. In addition to exam preparation and practice quizzes, you will actively participate in "round table" style discussions and group exercises in order to give practical context to ITIL concepts. This course will prepare you for success on the ITIL v3 Foundations Certification Exam, which is delivered on the final day of class. Candidates passing the exam will earn the ITIL v3 Foundations Certification.
Designed for executives and IT professionals from companies with substantial IT infrastructures, course participants either manage IT, manage projects that rely heavily on IT, or perform operations that rely heavily on IT. The course also meets the needs of executives at companies that deliver IT services to external customers.
