This year's theme, Delivering Agility with Discipline, explores the idea that discipline and agility are separate but not opposing concepts. The TSP Symposium 2012 will discuss agility within the context of the TSP. There are many ways to define agility, such as responsiveness or the ability to adapt, but the uniting concept is discipline. Agility requires a disciplined, defined approach involving making work plans, following those plans, and recognizing that changes can be made based on information gathered along the way.
Discipline is the robust path to agility. We look forward to exploring the challenges and solutions moving forward to make agile work for you.
New Data, New Techniques, New Approaches
