"Promoting the Health of Electronics" -- The symposium will examine the significant advances being made in electronics reliability engineering. Speakers will describe how the physics-of-failure approach to electronics reliability has benefitted the military and the electronics industry, and the effects to come on a wide range of products from medical devices to electronic and hybrid cars to green energy sources such as wind turbines.
