The Project Management Fundamentals course introduces students to best practices in project management and helps develop the fundamental skills necessary to manage projects successfully. The course includes a number of hands on learning activities based on an interactive case study, so students are able to clearly relate classroom concepts to real world challenges.

This course is designed for individuals who are knew to project management concepts, those that manage projects on an informal basis, or are considering a career path in project management and desire a complete overview of the field and its generally accepted practices.
