The workshop sessions will provide agency managers with RightNow’s Compliance Toolkit, which includes several tools developed to streamline compliance activities, including a Customer Service Roadmap, Best Practice Cookbook and 8 Step Guide:
* Public Sector Customer Service Roadmap. To address the specific requirements for the Federal government in the new Executive Order, RightNow has designed a Public Sector Customer Service Roadmap template to help agencies accurately determine precise citizen service pain points and quickly identify and implement the right solutions.
* 180-Day Best Practice Cookbook.
