On behalf of the members of IT Service Management Forum - National Capital Local Interest Group (LIG), we invite you to attend the National Capital LIG's 2011 Vendor Fair and Debate and take advantage of this valuable opportunity to see the latest IT Service Management and Cloud products and meet key representatives from these companies. Our Keynote Speakers will include Glenn O’Donnell, Senior Analyst, Forrester Research. He is widely regarded as a top thought leader in IT service management, IT operations, and the broader social implications of technology evolution. Glenn’s keynote is ITSM: Mandatory in ANY Cloud Pursuit … in which he will cover how and why every cloud story absolutely requires solid ITSM at its core and what steps people can take to realize the various flavors of cloud computing. In addition to Tabletop Exhibits, the Program will include a morning and an afternoon Vendor Debate and Panel Discussion. During the morning session, Vendors will closely compare their SaaS based ITSM solutions to on-site tools (and to one another) and highlight the benefits that their SaaS model delivers. During the afternoon session vendors will discuss and debate the Impact of Cloud Computing on IT Service Management. Attendance at this event is FREE to all itSMF members and non- members. Space is limited so please pre-register here - http://natcap.itsmfusa.org/?q=content/itsm-clouds For additional information regarding Attendee or Vendor Registration, please contact John Clipp at (301) 473-8550 or email us at nationalcapitallig@itsmfusa.org.
