Come get a hands-on look at the email and collaboration tools that have been selected by the General Services Administration for all GSA employees. Agenda: 9:00-9:30-Registration (Continental Breakfast included) 9:30-10:00- Overview of Google Apps 10:00- 11:30- Interactive Hands-On Training Seminar Docs – Will provide an overview of Google Docs. You will have the opportunity to participate in a small group exercise where you will collaborate on the creation of a Google Doc. Gmail - Focus on the key functionality that differentiates Google Apps from other e-mail solutions; Conversations, Rich Search capabilities, IM, Voice/Video Chat. Calendar - Focus on how to share calendars and how to create group, company and public calendars. Sites - Provide an overview of site functionality and show some examples.
