The MITRE Corporation

On Thursday, May 6, MITRE and the Federal SOA Community of Practice will host the 9th e-Government Conference on Service-Oriented Architecture. The conference theme is: “How to Make Service Orientation Pay Off.” These conferences, held every six months, bring together experts and leaders from government and industry in a conversation about how government can effectively adopt a service orientation to enhance its mission and reduce redundant costs. The conference features plenary sessions, an expert panel, and a networking session. Meet service providers exhibiting their products and services. The conference provides valuable, practical advice to implement service-based approaches in Federal agencies. Network with government leaders and industry experts; learn about implementing services incrementally; structuring realistic governance, and adopting cloud computing as a means to realize services implementation. You’ll gain insights on technical solutions and review real case studies with MITRE and Federal SOA CoP experts. Registrants and Exhibitors This event is free and open to government personnel, contractors, and service providers. Registration is required and is limited to 200 people attending in person. Doors to the MITRE facilities will open at 7:30 a.m. A picture ID is needed for registration and badging.
