CGI Federal has hired a trio of government veterans to its cyber practice in Stacy Dawn, Christine Horwege and Victor Foulk.
“We look forward to expanding our cyber knowledge and depth of expertise as the growing demand for cybersecurity in the federal space increases,” Jason Porter, vice president of CGI Federal’s emerging technology practice, said in a release Tuesday.
Stacy Dawn was formerly chief information officer at the Housing and Urban Development Department and also has led cyber initiatives for the U.S. Export-Import Bank and the U.S. Security and Exchange Commission.
Christine Horwege’s career includes roles focused on establishing CISO governance and leadership positions at the Defense and Energy Departments, plus the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Victor Foulk previously served as CISO of Naval Reactors, the organization that oversees the Navy’s nuclear propulsion program.
