SkyePoint promotes pair

SkyePoint Decisions has promoted a pair of executives to new roles as the government technology services company further plots out its strategy.

Frank Sturek moved up to president at Dulles, Virginia-headquartered SkyePoint and Heather Conigliaro elevated to chief operations officer, the company said Wednesday.

Sturek is a former chief growth officer at Axiologic Solutions. His career also includes leadership roles at Alion Science and Technology, Northrop Grumman and the former Engility Corp.

Conigliaro joined SkyePoint after two decades at CACI International and Northrop Grumman before that.
