Insight Public Sector wins a $2.56 billion blanket purchase agreement to supply Microsoft software licenses and IT products and services to the Navy.

Insight Public Sector has won a potential five-year, $2.56 billion blanket purchase agreement to supply software licenses and IT products and services to the Navy.

The Navy received two offers for the single-award BPA that covers Microsoft’s 365 and Azure offerings to be supplied through the Defense Department’s Enterprise Software Initiative, according to the Pentagon’s Friday awards digest.

Under the ESI effort, DOD aims to streamline its process of acquiring software licenses and IT platforms that are compliant with the department’s technical standards.

Orders can be placed against this BPA through May 31, 2026. The Coast Guard can also acquire the licenses, products and services.
