GSA kicks off on-ramp awards for three OASIS Small Business pools

The General Services Administration makes an initial round of awards for the on-ramp of its OASIS Small Business contract with more on the way.

The General Services Administration has made an initial batch of 40 awards for the on-ramp of its OASIS Small Business contract for professional services to federal agencies.

More are on the way as GSA plans to make the remaining 150 awards across three pools of OASIS SB on a rolling basis, the agency said in an award notice Thursday.

Companies not on that list of 40 are not eliminated. Those who received an official notification that they were unsuccessful offerors are out of contention, but those who did not receive such notice are still in the running.

GSA expects final award decisions for the on-ramps of those pools to be made over the remainder of this year.

Pool One is for very broad services and Pool Three is a subset of that but focused on military requirements. Pool Four covers areas such as nanotechnology, biotechnology and other life sciences.

The on-ramp for Pools One, Three and Four of OASIS’ unrestricted track is in the source selection process and those awards are also slated to be made by the end of this year.
